Prices to the general public are inclusive of VAT
Orders are processed within 2 business days from receipt of payment and despatched via Poste Italiane.
Delivery expenses for Italy are charged as follows:
- From 1 to 10 pieces: 9,50 €
- From 11 to 30 pieces: 13,50 €
- From 31 pieces and over: Free of Charge
For deliveries abroad, charges are € 25.00 for EU countries and 29,00 € for non-European countries.
If the goods arrive in less than perfect condition, the customer shall report the inconvenience by email within 48 hours of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your rights of withdrawal, sending written notification within 7 days from receiving the goods.
In both cases, the customer shall return the goods within 8 days from notification and settle all shipping costs.
No returned goods will be accepted after this deadline. The replacement of the goods shall be agreed between the parties.
PAYMENTS:

- Bank transfer with copy of the receipt sent by email.
The receipt for the goods is found inside the package.
WARNING: if you have requested an invoice, you will NOT find it inside the package as it will be sent to your mail box within a few days.

Le Panoramiche are protected by Author Copyright no. 633/41. ANY AND ALL REPRODUCTION ON THE INTERNET OF PART OR THE ENTIRE COLLECTION IS THEREFORE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND PUNISHABLE BY LAW. OFFENDERS WILL BE PROSECUTED BY LAW.
Reproduction of hard copies can only be made after sending a written request to the Editor to obtain the reproduction Authorisation and after paying all the relative reproduction royalties.
Anyone who reproduces hard copies of Le Panoramiche without due Authorisation by the Editor and without paying the relative royalties, will be prosecuted by law.
RETURNS REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL
The user who purchases products from the website is guaranteed the right to withdraw from the contract signed with Casa Artistica snc, for any reason, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the products, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of the purchase of multiple products on one order, but delivered separately, the 14 day term shall become effective from the date the last product is received.
Withdrawal can be exercised following the procedure below: by sending notification of withdrawal by registered letter with advice of receipt to Casa Artistica snc, at the following address:

Notification of withdrawal can also be sent in advance by email to info@casa-artistica.it.
The user shall also select a carrier of his choice, and at his own expense, to send the products, within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal date, to the following address:

All risks and costs incurred when returning the products shall be borne by the user. Casa Artistica snc shall refund the amounts paid by the user, including the costs incurred to send the products, except for any supplementary costs resulting from the type of delivery requested by the user other than the standard delivery offered by Casa Artistica snc.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact and suitably packed, preferably in their original packaging, together with all and any accessories.
Under art. 57, ll paragraph of the Consumer Code, the user is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In this case, Casa Artistica snc reserves the right to request the user to deduct the diminished value of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is not mandatory to insure the goods against theft or accidental damage during transport. However as the responsibility of the transport risk lies with the user, we recommend insuring the delivery for the value indicated in the purchase order confirmation email.
In accordance with art. 56 lll paragraph of the Consumer Code, only after the product has been received or only after verifying that the user has despatched the goods, will Casa Artistica snc proceed with the refund to the user as swiftly as possible. The refund shall be paid to the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the user.
